Laju8 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the laju8 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the laju8 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using our platform immediately.
Continued use of the laju8 platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances. laju8 reserves the right to decline account applications or suspend existing accounts where there is evidence of a violation of this age requirement.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and laju8 as the platform operator. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on laju8. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Password Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. laju8 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our customer support immediately to have it temporarily frozen.
Identity Verification
Laju8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or when suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account freeze.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Laju8 users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform without prior written consent from laju8.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or otherwise compromise the security of the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
- Spreading false or misleading information about laju8 to other users.
- Exploiting any technical errors or system loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent account closure, or appropriate legal action depending on the severity of the breach.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Withdrawals
Official Currency
All transactions on the laju8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by their own financial institutions.
Deposit
The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. laju8 supports local payment methods including FPX and approved digital wallets. Deposited funds are for entertainment use within the platform only and may not be transferred to other users. laju8 is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction. All withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same name as the account holder. laju8 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal. Processing times range from one to three business days, excluding public holidays. Bonus funds are subject to the applicable rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.
Liability Limits & Account Policies
Laju8 Limitation of Liability
Laju8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from unforeseeable service disruptions, third-party cyberattacks, or damage to user equipment. laju8's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Laju8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, a breach of terms, or activity that undermines the integrity of the platform. In cases of account closure for legitimate reasons not attributable to user misconduct, any cash balance not subject to rollover requirements will be returned to the user via the original payment method within 14 business days.
Intellectual Property
All content on the laju8 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of laju8 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or repurpose any content without prior written consent from laju8.
Third-Party Links
The laju8 platform may contain references to or content relating to third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. laju8 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third-party services. Users are advised to review third-party terms of service separately.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Terms Amendment
Laju8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Users hereby agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any disputes.
Severability
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the rest of these terms. All remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, unaffected by that ruling.
